Duration of the Giveaway:
The giveaway will be active from November15 to November 21, 2024. On November 22, the winners will be announced via Instagram stories and by a comment on the original giveaway post on both accounts.

Prize:
The winner will have the opportunity to choose an outfit for themselves or someone else. They can select whether the outfit will be for a boy or a girl, consisting of:

• Girl: Top + Shorts
• Boy: T-shirt + Shorts

The prize will be shipped starting November 22, 2024.

Requirements to Participate:

• Tag 1 people in a comment on the giveaway post or reels on either of the organizers' profiles.
• Explain why the tagged person is a role model for you.
• Follow the Instagram accounts of @obelisk__official

Geographical Restrictions:
The giveaway is open only to participants residing in Europe.

Winner Selection:
The winner will be randomly selected using app.arbitery.com. The certificate of the winner selection will be published on the app's page and IG stories of obelisk__official.

Additional Conditions:

• The giveaway is open to individuals over 18 years old.
• Fake profiles or those created solely to participate in giveaways will not be accepted.
• The giveaway is free and not linked to the purchase of any product.

Announcement of the Winner:
The winner will be announced on November 22, 2024, via the Instagram stories of @obelisk__official as well as in the original giveaway post.

Acceptance of the Prize:
Obelisk Brand SL (IG: obelisk__official) will contact the winner via a direct message (DM) on Instagram. The winner must respond within 7 days of the announcement to coordinate the prize shipment. If no response is received within this timeframe, the winner will lose their right to the prize, and another winner will be selected.

Prize Shipment:
The prize will be shipped starting November 22, 2024. Obelisk Brand SL will make every effort to ensure the package is delivered correctly to the winner. In case of delays or delivery issues not caused by the winner, Obelisk is committed to resolving the issue and ensuring delivery within a maximum of 14 days. If this is not possible, a new shipment will be made. However, this commitment does not apply if delivery issues are due to an error in the address provided by the winner.

Modification of the Giveaway:
Obelisk Brand SL reserves the right to modify or cancel the giveaway if unforeseen circumstances or force majeure require it, properly notifying participants.

Data Protection:
The data provided by participants will be processed in accordance with current data protection regulations. The organizers will not use this data for any other purpose outside the context of the giveaway.

Liability:
This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram, nor is it associated with the platform in any way.

Legal Compliance:
